RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Bespokiet Refund and Replacement Policy
At Bespokiet, we specialize in unique, African-themed products, many of which are custom-made specifically for your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the personalized nature of our inventory, our refund and return policy is carefully defined below.
1. Digital Products Policy
All digital products, whether instantly downloadable or custom-made, are handled differently from physical goods.
A. Non-Custom Digital Products
(E.g., Pre-designed e-books, printable art files, digital seamless patterns)
All sales of instantly downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable.

Exception (Technical Issue): We will provide a working replacement file only if the file is proven to be corrupt, inaccessible, or non-functional or issue a full refund . You must report this issue within 7 days of purchase.
B. Custom Digital Products
(E.g., Custom-designed digital book covers, bespoke digital illustrations)
Sales are non-refundable once the final, high-resolution file has been delivered.

Cancellation Before Delivery: If you cancel the order after design work has begun but before the final file is delivered, your refund will be the total amount paid minus a non-refundable design fee (to cover the time already spent on the custom work).

Proofing: Any design revisions are subject to the terms agreed upon in the custom work contract. Once you approve the final proof, any subsequent changes will incur additional fees.
2. Physical Products Policy (Print-on-Demand & Custom)
All our physical products (T-shirts, mugs, invitations, banners, etc.) are Print-on-Demand (POD). They are custom-created once you place your order, meaning they cannot be restocked or resold.A. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Customer Error)
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following reasons:

Buyer’s Remorse: You simply changed your mind.

Incorrect Size/Color Ordered: We cannot exchange or refund items (like T-shirts or mugs) if you selected the wrong size or color. Always check the size charts carefully before ordering.

Customer-Approved Errors on Custom Prints: For items like invitations and banners, if the final printed product matches the digital proof you approved, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, dates, names, or placement.

Color Variations: Slight differences in color between what you see on your screen (RGB) and the final printed item (CMYK) are common and are not considered a defect.
B. Grounds for Free Replacement or Refund (Our Error)
We will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund if the problem is determined to be the fault of Bespokiet or our print partner:

Product Damage: The item arrived broken or significantly harmed due to shipping or production fault.

Printing or Fulfillment Error: The item has a noticeable flaw, such as misaligned printing, smudges, or low-resolution print quality.

Wrong Item Received: You received a product, size, or color that is different from what you ordered (e.g., you ordered an XL T-shirt but received a Small; you received a mug instead of a banner).

Content Error (Proof Discrepancy): The text or design on the final printed item does not match the final proof you approved.
3. Reporting a Problem & Resolution Process
A. Claim Timeframe
All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect physical goods must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
B. Required Documentation
To initiate a claim, please email us at bespokiet@gmail.com and include:

Your Order Number.

A clear description of the issue.

Clear photographs that visibly show the defect, damage, or the error (e.g., photo of the broken item, a picture of the T-shirt tag showing the wrong size).
C. Returns
Please DO NOT send your product back before contacting us. In most cases involving confirmed damage or error, we do not require the item to be returned.
D. Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will prioritize sending a free replacement item. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
